At the premises in Mainhardt, Swabia, Bauer GmbH produces and manufactures industrial textile straps for the medical technology and automobile sectors, as well as for the gastronomy, confectionery and perfume sectors. The range of competencies of the family-run company includes both screen and embossed printing, as well as the implementation of a wide range of requirements in the technical area for filter belts, web belts and wrapping tape. Together with our customers, we develop the product and undertake the production and manufacturing. Our diverse machine park with 30 looms, two dyeing lines, four printing systems and two ultrasonic cutting machines offers a maximum output quantity of 40,000 m per day.

Textile straps for technical applications

Through our customer-oriented development and production, various production processes can be combined as necessary. Therefore, there is no limit to the areas of application for our fabrics.

In the area of “technical fabrics”, we produce, among others:

• flat woven fabrics and hoses made of PTFE, Cordura, Dyneema, stainless steel, Teflon, glass, aramid, polyester, polyamide and many more
• protective hoses to provide strain relief for cables and compressed-air lines in the mechanical engineering sector

Our machine park also enables the printing of a wide range of straps, by means of rotary screen printing, flat screen printing, foil and relief embossed printing, digital printing and thermal transfer printing.
