The three textile study programmes of “Material and Process Engineering”, “Textile and Clothing Technology”, and “Textile and Clothing Management” are part of the Engineering faculty at the Albstadt campus (www.texbek.de). With our Bachelor and Masters degrees, we provide fundamental and advanced academic qualifications. It is our goal to prepare committed talents for the challenges they will face in industry and business, and for this, provide them with high technical competencies, competencies in responsible decision-making, integration competencies, and economic expertise. Individual learning in small groups, the most modern laboratories, inter- disciplinary cooperation between research and education, and close contacts with companies characterize the study programmes of the future professionals and managers.

Knowledge and Technology Transfer

At our university, we give you the opportunity to access the latest technologies, expert knowledge, talents, and modern labs, among others in the areas of 3D printing, production, CAD, or textile testing. There are many different options for cooperation projects.
