The Smart Textiles Hub was founded to meet the high demands of development and research in the field of technical textiles, especially smart textiles/E-textiles. Our team consists of experienced engineers from different disciplines so that the interdisciplinary development process of smart textiles can be handled completely in-house. For this purpose, different manufacturing processes such as flat knitting, embroidery, and ready-made garments are used. The competence areas of 3D printing, electrical engineering, and CAD design complement the portfolio. For production orders, our sister company “BORN” from Dingelstädt is available as a reliable partner with 30 years of experience.
